How it works

   The role, the yacht, the programme and the kind of person who fits your crew.

   We shortlist

   Crew we have interviewed, referenced and certificate-checked. Usually [X] CVs, not fifty.

3. 03

   You meet them

   Video calls or trial days, arranged around your programme.

4. 04

   We stay close

   If a placement leaves in the first [X] days, we replace them.
